Ingredients:

1 package snow peas
1/2 sliced onion
1/2 box sliced mushrooms
2 T. olive oil
Instructions:

Pour about 2T. olive oil into nonstick skillet. When hot, add vegetables,
tossing & stirring. Add about 2 T. water, put lid on and steam til
water is gone. Stir a little longer without lid, add onion salt and seasoned
pepper. Serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
